Solution LogicalTech improved Tenix’s systems with performance tuning, integration and implementation of SQL Server frameworks.

The Assignment

Tenix process over 10,000 infringements daily in Victoria alone. Its operation is one of the largest of its type in the world.  Tenix Solutions required a review of its systems, as well as support and expertise in the management of these systems on a day-to-day basis.  In addition Tenix Solutions required an analysis of a new evidence management system, designed to take over this processing load on a day-to-day basis.

 


 

The LogicalTech Approach

The LogicalTech team designed, developed and implemented solutions to deal with the problematic issues that Tenix Solutions were experiencing. 
Examples of solutions achieved are:
  • Performance tuning applications to remove reporting loads and prevent timeouts from occurring to applications during production hours.
  • Porting of applications to Citrix.
  • Implementation of SQL Server database frameworks and bringing all SQL Server databases into a standard operating environment.
  • Implementation of weekly reporting for database operations.
