Mario Misso – Chief Operating Officer | Director

Mario Misso has pursued a successful 40 year career in IT and Sales including 20 years as a Company Director of the LogicalTech Group. Having commenced with LogicalTech in 1990, he’s now a Director of several companies.

Mario’s been a key player in large-scale strategic corporate sales initiatives of technology in Australia and overseas.  He’s experienced in the innovative introduction of IT applications in hardware and software solutions for the corporate and government sectors. In line with this Mario’s currently involved in the roll out of world leading technology for the Digital Media Industry.

Mario continues to serve on many committees of not-for-profit organisations. He’s LogicalTech’s “El Dorado”, leading the company with passion and strong mutual respect. Mario’s committed to supporting the younger generation and their ideas, seeing their input as the fuel that will propel LogicalTech into the future.

John Allison - CEO | Chairman

John Allison commenced as Managing Director of LogicalTech in 1989 and currently serves as Chairman and CEO of the LogicalTech Group (founded 1986). He has 34 years experience with leading and managing the delivery of IT solutions, software, business services and engineering.

John is a Company Director of a range of companies mostly in the IT sector, and serves on the Board of several not-for-profit organisations. Since 2001 he has served as Executive Chairman of a public unlisted company and Chairman of innovation start-ups.

The primary focus of John’s career is to establish and grow successful global businesses particularly in areas of technology, innovation and services. His experience spans international business opportunities having spent time in 35 countries since 1984. John’s educational background includes a B Eng (Hons) degree and other leadership and management qualifications.

Robin Dexter – General Manager msXpress | Microsoft Solutions

As one of the founding members of LogicalTech, Robin brings an immense amount of experience and knowledge to the organisation.  Robin has worked on major projects across many facets of IT operations and solutions. Currently he’s a Microsoft Certified Professional with extensive experience in enterprise applications based on Microsoft, Oracle and Mobility technologies. Prior to this role, Robin was an Oracle and then Uniface Solutions Architect and Specialist for many years.

Robin’s role also involves mentoring staff. He helps them grow and develop while using the new technologies as an opportunity to expand their knowledge and skills. One area Robin has great satisfaction in is Mobility Solutions, where he can deliver clients a valuable solution in weeks rather than months.

Robin’s an avid cyclist and you’ll always find him cycling to and from the LogicalTech office.  Robin is also the Chair of the Board for his children’s school and still manages to maintain his eclectic collection of antique bicycles.

Ian Dart – Managing Director | Northern Region

Ian Dart joined LogicalTech in January 2005 to manage the Northern Region. Immediately prior to this Ian was Chief Information Officer for AGL, where he was responsible for the leadership and successful delivery of corporate IT services with approximately 300 national staff in 3 locations and an operating budget of $65M pa.

Ian is focussed on value realisation for clients. He’s very experienced in business strategy and alignment, IT operations and financial management, business process improvement and project management. Ian holds a B Eng (Hons) and various management and leadership qualifications.

Ian enjoyed a successful 30 year career with BHP in engineering, project management, IT systems integration and business management. Ian rose to become CEO of BHP Information Technology for more than 4 years overseeing 1800 staff and $280M revenues. Subsequently, as Vice President at CSC Australia, he managed the Application Services Division. The Division comprises 850 staff and $120M pa revenue providing services in all capital cities of Australia.

Martin Power - General Manager eXpert@ Oracle | Oracle Solutions

Martin is the Practice Manager and Principal Consultant for LogicalTech’s Oracle-based solutions. He is also recognised by Oracle Corporation as one of their global ACE Directors.  Prior to leading this key business for LogicalTech, Martin pursued a very successful career as the CIO in Victoria for an active TAFE institute. Martin has been recognised as a key service provider in the educational sector and an Australian leader in the early successful deployment of Oracle 10g and Rac. Oracle engaged Martin in 2005 and 2006 to speak on Oracle technology and implementation at international and national forums and conferences. Martin not only understands Oracle products, services and solutions (including eBusiness suite), but he’s also technically very experienced in systems integration and the practical design and delivery of hardware and Oracle-based software system solutions.

Martin continues to serve as President of the Australian Oracle User Group (AUSOUG).He’s represented this body in international and national events and in discussions with Oracle Corporation in the United States.

Carol Saldanha – General Manager IT24x7 | Managed Services

With over 20 years experience in the IT industry, Carol Saldanha leads the IT24x7 business unit maintaining a high standard of delivery for secure applications. Carol is well qualified with a Masters Technology degree and extensive practical experience in consulting and designing and developing mission-critical solutions and web-based applications. These are in open and closed networks, Intranet, Internet, Open source, UNIX, Windows, MVS and Document Management environments.

Carol and her team are very adaptable with strong analytical skills. Together they provide end-to-end support for high-availability secure systems involving security issues both within closed networks and over the internet.

Peter_Rob

Robert Linton – Managing Director SysTalk | Integration Solutions

Rob Linton is a Director and co-founder of SysTalk, a successful integration company founded in 2003, based in Melbourne, Australia.  He is a certified DBA and proficient in both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. He’s been working with various database engines for over 15 years.

Rob has a B.App.Sc in Spatial Information Systems and is a Certified Security Auditor in ISO 27001.  He has also been involved with the Australian Oracle User Group (AUSOUG), serving as its Vice President in Melbourne. He spends his work time consulting on Oracle & SQL Server to clients that have included Tenix, Kamco, UCMS, Linfox and Brown Brothers.

In his spare time, Rob enjoys coding in C++ on his Macbook Pro and chasing his kids away from things that break relatively easily.

Peter Linton – Principal Architect SysTalk | Integration Solutions

Peter is an experienced and highly qualified Software Engineer with a penchant for a challenge. After 15 years of in-depth experience in the IT and engineering fields with major projects for well known clients, Peter is now the Principal Architect and co-founder of the LogicalTech SysTalk. Peter’s educational qualifications include B Eng (Hons), Grad Dip Management, Masters of Computer & Communication Engineering, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer.

Peter’s gained an outstanding reputation as a practical and logical thinker and a first-class software engineer. He is very adept at analysing complex problems and creating well thought out solutions. Peter has been recognised for these qualities by various high profile organisations.

Aside from developing new integration technologies, in his spare time Peter enjoys home renovations and spending time with his family.

Brad Dickson – General Manager Business Development WorkXact | Works Management Solutions

Brad is the architect behind WorkXact. He has been involved as an operational & works manager in the power and civil construction fields, & other industries for over 20 years. He began his career in the field maintenance & construction sector and worked in a diverse range of roles before becoming operations manager of over 100 staff. Brad has a thorough understanding of all issues surrounding works management. He’s used that knowledge and experience to create WorkXact, a practical, comprehensive, yet simple-to-use works management solution based on Microsoft .Net technology.

Brad currently focuses his energy into developing tailored solutions for his customers, using his consultative approach and real-life industry experience to bring greater value to their processes.  When he’s not travelling around Australia and New Zealand for work, Brad enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and three great kids in his home town of Geelong.

Dennis Remmer – Fusion Middleware Practice Manager | Oracle Solutions

Dennis Remmer leads LogicalTech's eXpert@Oracle Fusion Middleware practice, which is based in Brisbane, Queensland. He specialises in SOA, Distributed Applications and Middleware, and is recognised by Oracle Corporation as one of their global ACE Directors in Fusion Middleware. Dennis is internationally regarded for his ability to bridge the technology and business divide and has a very strong track record in delivering services, expertise and solutions.

Dennis has consulted to and held senior positions with global vendors, specialist firms, industry groups, government departments, and research centres. Particular industry sectors include IT and Communications, Natural Resources, Utilities, Health, Industrial Relations, and Finance and Education.

Dennis has served as the National President of the Australian Oracle User Group (AUSOUG) and was awarded life membership of the group for his contributions to the Australian Oracle customer community. He’s a frequent keynote speaker, instructor and presenter on SOA, BPEL, XML, Web Services, Enterprise Portals, Web 2.0 and Cloud Computing throughout Asia/Pacific and Europe and has been published numerous times.

Brendan is a dynamic, international leader and speaker with an accomplished record in corporate transformation programs.  He has worked in Senior Executive roles for US Fortune 100 companies in Australasia, Europe, ME and Africa, delivering winning business & IT Strategies and lifting operational efficiency.  Brendan’s specialist knowledge and application of tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma and Global PM advanced project management have achieved exceptional results for his clients.  In February 2009, Brendan launched Resource Central with a mission to transform how traditional strategy, business analysis and project management services are provided to clients within Australia.

Peter Bonifacio – Chief Technology Officer

Since 1992, Peter has been with LogicalTech in senior leadership roles including project management, technology architect, operations management and development. He has contributed as Principal Consultant and Advisory Architect on corporation-wide Oracle, OO, .Net, Intranet, Internet and Extranet projects for banks, finance and telecommunications solutions. Peter combines over 20 years of comprehensive industry knowledge, formal education (M SC and M Info Tech) and extensive practical experience to ensure successful client engagements and solution delivery.

As Chief Technology Officer for the group, Peter is focused on ensuring that the technical infrastructure enables LT to deliver value and quality to its clients.  Peter has a thorough understanding of enterprise solutions and IT architecture, security and infrastructure, and quality systems, processes and value delivery.

“Working at LogicalTech is like belonging to a close-knit community where there’s a commonality of vision, purpose and work ethic. An ethic, to a large extent, built on customer satisfaction though learning and having fun.” One of Peter’s key roles is to ensure that the quantity and quality of beer is satisfactory on a Friday night.

Anthony Silva General Manager NetworX | Networks Support and Maintenance

Anthony is the General Manager of the NetworX team and has over 15 years experience in Infrastructure, Integration and IT consulting services. He has worked within the IT sector with some of Australia’s leading IT integrators. He also owned and operated his own IT consulting business for over five years before his company became part of the LogicalTech Group.

Anthony’s experience has been orientated around sales and the operational and management layer. He brings a lot of experience and value to the group.  Anthony’s heavily involved with the community and devotes a lot of time to his young family as well as playing bass guitar for his church band.

Martin Coyle – General Manager Sales and Marketing

Martin has enjoyed a successful 30 year career in Sales and Marketing as well as having run several of his own businesses. He has global experience, having worked in the UK, Europe, USA, Brazil and Australia, and he has in-depth knowledge of the Telecommunications, Franchising, Transport and Utility markets. Martin is proud to head a team of ethical professionals who seek to add value and create win-win results with their clients.

Jacinta Cotterell – Office Manager

Jacinta heads the Finance & Admin team at LogicalTech, with a dual role of Office Manager and HR Manager. Prior to starting with LogicalTech in 2007, Jacinta worked as a Consultant and Program Co-ordinator for a Not-for-Profit organisation. Working for an accountant as Bookkeeper and PA for 7 years has provided excellent grounding for her as LogicalTech’s Office Manager.

Jacinta enjoys the wide variety of tasks in the central position of Office Manager. Tasks can range from producing financial reports for the directors to organising birthday cakes for the team.  With two grown daughters, after hours Jacinta enjoys walking, yoga, dancing and leads an active social life.

Philip Jackson - General Manager WorkXact | Works Management Solution

Philip Jackson has been the General Manager of LogicalTech WorkXact since March 2010.  Philip has a solid background in engineering, business communications and marketing.  He has over 25 years experience in the IT and communications industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to this position.  Philip has been involved in numerous vendor and distributor strategies with companies such as Intel, Microsoft, Computer associates, ADIC, Tandberg data, Western Digital, Panasonic and Sony.
